14-day consumer withdrawal
EU consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to withdraw from an online purchase. Send a clear statement including your name, order number and the product concerned. You then have 14 days to return it. You normally pay return shipping.
Condition of returned goods
Return items securely packed, complete and with their original accessories. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and operation.
DIY products
Unused DIY PCBs, components and kits remain subject to mandatory consumer rights. Soldered, assembled, modified, incomplete or damaged DIY goods may have substantially reduced value and may not be resalable. This does not affect remedies for products that were faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Personalised, made-to-order and digital products
The withdrawal right may not apply to clearly personalised or made-to-order goods. Digital downloads supplied immediately may be non-cancellable only after the required express consent and acknowledgement. Any applicable exception is identified before checkout.
Defective, damaged or incorrect orders
Email us promptly with the order number, description and photographs where useful. If the product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay. For withdrawal returns, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they were sent. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post funds.

After receiving return instructions, send tracked and adequately insured goods to HoneyBadger Audio, Magdalenska ulica 16, Donja Pušća, 10294, Croatia. Keep your receipt and tracking number.
