1. Products, prices and VAT
Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown in euros. HoneyBadger Audio is not registered in the VAT system. VAT is not charged pursuant to Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, taxes or carrier fees charged in their country.
2. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfilment. We may contact you to correct an obvious pricing, stock, payment or address error. Payment must be authorised before dispatch.
3. Dispatch and delivery
DIY products are normally dispatched within 10 business days. The estimated dispatch time for built-to-order hardware is stated on the product page or order confirmation. Tracking is provided when available. Carrier, weather, customs and border delays after dispatch are outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Notify us by a clear statement at service@honeybadgeraudio.com before the period expires. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of return is supplied.
The withdrawal right may not apply to clearly personalised or made-to-order goods, or to digital content supplied after the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges loss of the withdrawal right. Any statutory exception will be identified before purchase.
5. DIY products
Unused DIY PCBs, parts and kits may be returned where mandatory consumer law provides a withdrawal right. Soldering, assembly, modification, damage or missing parts can materially reduce value and may result in a proportionate deduction or refusal where the product can no longer be resold. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
6. Finished hardware, defects and warranty
Finished hardware must be handled only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation during the withdrawal period. Consumers retain the applicable legal guarantee for non-conforming goods. The advertised three-year Genesis warranty is an additional commercial warranty and does not replace statutory rights.
7. Returns and refunds
Contact us before returning goods so we can provide instructions. Approved returns should be securely packed and sent with tracking to Magdalenska ulica 16, Donja Pušća, 10294, Croatia. Refunds are made to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the practical process.
8. Liability and governing law
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Croatian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
